For a very special person

you remained true behind my back,

those moments when we both grasp for air between laughs

memories that have filled my heart with joy,

I’m not perfect, that I’m sure of.

I have this fear that one day you might discover I’m not as great of a

person as you thought I was..

Friends? you know I have none

but you on the other hand,

have earned my love and trust

I am forever grateful to have had you in my life,

yesterday, tomorrow, the day after that and today <3

10 things i hate about you

Karen McCullah Lutz & Kirsten Smit

I think the author’s purpose in writing this book was to tell us about a love game, Patrick who was paid to take out Kat and how he really fell for her.

The intended audience for this book is someone who likes cruel humor and love.

Rate – 10

I gave this book a rating of ten because it’s one of my favorite movies. I think the story was well told with lots of humor but still strong when it comes to the topic of love and how some people are used,  how they play with there emotions, and still at the end they fall for that person.

” 10 things i hate about you ”

I hate the way you talk to me,
and the way you cut your hair.
I hate the way you drive my car,
I hate it when you stare.
I hate your big dumb combat boots
and the way you read my mind.
I hate you so much it makes me sick,
it even makes me rhyme.

I hate it… I hate it when you’re always right.
I hate it when you lie.
I hate it when you make me laugh,
even worse when you make me cry

I hate it when you’re not around,
and the fact that you didn’t call.
But mostly I hate the way I don’t hate you,
not even close,
not even a little bit,
not even at all.

Dear John

Nicholas Sparks

I think the author’s purpose in writing this novel was to show us how strong love can travel. This is a story about how John Tyree falls deeply in love with Savanna in two weeks, then he has to leave back to basic training in the army and is left with nothing but letters to keep the love in the air.

The intended audience for this book in my opinion, is someone who likes to read love stories and changes that people go through in life. I think this for all Nicholas Sparks books.

Rate – 7

The person that changed the most from the beginning of the book to the end is Savannah. At the beginning of the book she was so innocent and pure, never cursed or drank. After John left for 2 years she married Tim even though she was still in love with John. She was left heart-broken and alone without the presence of John.

Charlie St. Cloud

Ben Sherwood

The author’s purpose in writing this book is to tell us to take a chance and to forget about past memories because it’s better to let go of someone that’s not there anymore.

I think the intended audience for this book is someone who likes a little mystery in love.

Rate- 10

One major external conflict in Charlie St. Cloud is the one that Charli9e has with his brother Sam. Charlie promises him that they’ll play ball everyday for one hour at sunset. Charlie keeps on playing baseball even after Sam dies, but now that he’s met Tess he slowly forgets about Sam and the promise that he made him. One internal conflict is that Charlie keeps on blaming himself for the lost of his brother and keeps on holding on to lost memories of him, knowing that he will never come back.

So my life is as clear and as simple as snow, yeah not really. My name is Grace as in Amazing Grace. I came into this world on August 13,1996 in the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. I’m fourteen years of age and i now reside in the City of Brotherly love, Philly.

I live with my mother, sister and step father. I am a freshman in Franklin Learning Center, so far everything’s been good. I’m real nice, I promise. Tattoos and piercings, i have to say I’m a sucker for these two things because i have such a sick obsession with them. No need for too many people that won’t be there, so I like to keep it to myself.

My favorite color is black, even though it’s not an actual color. No I’m not a vegetarian, I eat meat like it’s nobody’s business. My favorite song is, “When I look at you” by Miley Cyrus. I’m  a very big fan of her’s. I’m not self conscious, but I do compare myself to other people at times. I don’t forgive people easily at all. I act like I don’t care about anything when in reality I care too much about everything.

Music is what I would say keeps me sane. A lot of people say I’m hard to understand, so I’m not as easy as an open book. I have a middle name. I always leave things until the very last moment, which is why I’m writing this autobiography to earn my credit, sorry ms. Rami :)

I hide behind a sincere smile. I have NO job, but only at being AWESOME ;)

Beneath My Hands (“In my hands, your small breasts …”) from “The Spice-Box of Earth”

Beneath my hands
your small breasts
are the upturned bellies
of breathing fallen sparrows.

Wherever you move
I hear the sounds of closing wings
of falling wings.

I am speechless
because you have fallen beside me
because your eyelashes
are the spines of tiny fragile animals.

I dread the time
when your mouth
begins to call me hunter.

When you call me close
to tell me
your body is not beautiful
I want to summon
the eyes and hidden mouths
of stone and light and water
to testify against you.

I want them
to surrender before you
the trembling rhyme of your face
from their deep caskets.

When you call me close
to tell me
your body is not beautiful
I want my body and my hands
to be pools
for your looking and laughing.

Grace M.

It marked the individual pages of my life on March 4th,

everything had ended so abruptly

my soul was taken and my body was shattered into pieces,

I was alone in that beautiful place where God had taken me

Peace, happiness and love was all I felt

end of story .

Grace M.

A light above the

Blue sky, opens her eyes to the wonders of the world

Crystal clear almost impossibly true, it

Drains the thoughts in her mind

Everlastingly filling her up with hope and joy

Forever lighting her world in the night

Green grass gripping the ground

Her heart, still, no pulse, no beat

Instantly

Justifying where she’s at

Knowing that her

Life was indeed over, it was

Mind bottling for her

Not being able to

Open her eyes to see

Perpetually wanting to ask

Questioning the thought of his forgiveness,

Realizing that she was

Sane once again in her life

Thinking of everything at once

Undeniably wanting to see the unforseen, she was no longer

Vain nor weary, everything

Was going so.. slow as they

X-ray’d her, she was

Yerning your touch and smell as they

Zipped her up in the bag, to stay there.. forever

Grace M.

I am uniquely and loving me

I wonder if i will ever make it in life

I hear the voices of God as I’m sound asleep

I see my Grandfather’s cigarette ruining his life

I want this thing right here forever

I am uniquely and loving me

I pretend I’m in an action packed Transformers movie

I feel I can fly high above the sky

I touch my home in PR from miles away

I worry about my future, I’m deathly afraid

I cry at night when I’m lost

I am uniquely and loving me

I understand the sacrifices I’ve had to make

I say we’re all here to learn from each other

I dream about Love

I try to succeed, have courage and to attempt anything

I hope that when I take the risk of love, I will be loved in returned

I am uniquely and loving me
